Rabat Business School's Programme Grande Ecole  (PGE) aims to train future managers, to help them acquire the professional and personal skills necessary to effectively manage an organization and thus contribute to the creation of economic value in a context of “ a globalized economy.
Its pedagogy, based on the Anglo-Saxon model, alternates academic teaching and concrete experiences. Through its content, the PGE of Rabat Business School allows to acquire the essential management skills and those of an Accomplished Manager: to manage with efficiency and effectiveness the activities of the company with the vision of the generalist and the expertise of the specialist , create sustainable value for all parties, innovate, adapt to changing and turbulent environments, make cultural diversity a lever for excellence.

Program objectives

Rabat Business School Programme Grande Ecole is built around three levers:
• Tomorrow’s Junior Manager will necessarily have an INTERNATIONAL profile and be open to MULTICULTURALITY.
• Tomorrow’s Junior Manager must be, upon leaving school, a “junior expert” in a key area of management to be immediately operational, efficient and credible in his role.
• Tomorrow’s Junior Manager will have to be a "relational leader", experienced in the management of human diversity, to drive change within the organization and promote the adaptation of the company to its environment.

The first year of the Programme Grande Ecole aims to learn the fundamental concepts, methods and tools of management. The courses are punctuated by opening lessons, intended to complement the managerial culture of our students.

- Operational Internship with a focus on the practical field actions (minimum 6 weeks).

Deepen Your Knowledge

This second year allows students to deepen their knowledge of managerial functions and to choose Minor Specializations determining the content of their courses during the last three semesters of the program.

-At the end of the third semester of the program, the student joins the track of his/her choice by selecting 2 Minors among the 5 possible choices:

In the 3rd year students refine their specialization by selecting their major related to one of the two previously chosen specialties, it is also the year of their academic exchange to one of our international partner business schools.

Succeeding in the written and oral CNAEM competition - National Competition for Access to Moroccan Business Schools, CNAEM members.
Choosing Rabat Business School of the International University of Rabat at the assignment session.

•  AST – Parallel Admission – Admission after a DEUG / DUT / BTS or equivalent:
Access to the 1st year of Rabat Business School’s Programme Grande Ecole after a DEUG / DUT / BTS or 4 validated semesters of accredited management program is conditioned by:
Online application and validation of the academic file
Successful completion of the Written test
