Big Data technologies have been attracting growing interest from the business and industrial sectors since 2015, according to the International Data Cooperation (IDC).
This context requires new solutions to store, access and manipulate big data, as well as to extract useful, synthetic, summarized and exploitable information.
The vocation of our school is to prepare its students for the different IT professions of the business and industrial sectors, as well as for a research career. The introduction of students to the world of research is done in particular through our ICT research laboratory (TICLab); the CNRS-Associated International Laboratory DataNet, in the field of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, in partnership with two major French research laboratories, LORIA and CRAN of the University of Lorraine; and the OpenLab with PSA Group, which is a major automotive manufacturer.
