Juliet E. Ikhide Ph.D. (c). is a research and teaching assistant whose Ph.D. viva is scheduled for July 2022. She has maintained a strong teaching record of over five in courses such as international human resource management and talent management. although an early career researcher, her research interests span area relating to employee work behavior, sustainable work, and human resource management practices. She has published works in the International journal of human resource management, Journal of Sustainable tourism, the service industries Journal, and Personnel review, among others.
