Dr. ZHANI is the Head of the marketing department. She holds a Master’s degree and a PhD in marketing from Mohammed V University and she followed training in research methods at Indiana University and at Addinsoft Paris. She teaches marketing research, digital marketing and marketing principles. Her research work lies in experiential marketing, digital marketing, firm strategic orientation, and consumer behavior in the hospitality context. Her research has been published in journals such as European Business Review and Revue Marocaine de Recherche en Management et Marketing. She has presented her work in several international conferences including the American Marketing Association Conferences, the International Conference on Marketing and Tourism, and the Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Business Analytics.
