Dr. Mohamed OULD MOUSSA is an assistant professor at “Université Internationale de Rabat” where he is lecturer of mechanics at “Ecole Supérieure des Ingénieurs d’Energie”. He obtained his Phd from “Ecole Polytechnique” in France in 2011. It concerned thermomechanical modeling of the shape memory alloys behavior when submitted to dynamic stimulus (namely thermal and mechanical loadings) following the both theoretical and experimental approaches. He has recently participated in some research projects (International, European and local), such as the European project PERFORM 60 (FP7) [PERFORM60 (2008-2014)], BMS project PSA (France) at PSA OpenLAB@Maroc (6 months from February, 2017), and currently in MIGRID project (USAID-PEER program, 2017-2019). He has published, more than 13 papers in peer reviewed international journals and conferences, and supervises more than 17 Master degree training in mechanical and energy fields. He was a research scientist at “Commissariat à l’Energie Atomique et aux Energies Alternatives (CEA de Saclay, France)” for two years. His main research focusis arone micromechanical modeling and multiscale simulation of the grain boundary fracture, which often occurs in pre-irradiated polycrystalline metals undergoing mechanical tensile loading.
