Descriptif:Dr. Abdessamad Fatmi is the Director of the School of Languages, Cultures and Civilizations at the International University of Rabat. He is an Associate Professor of Political Science and International Relations at the same university. He holds a PhD in Politics from the University of Liverpool (UK). His PhD thesis revolves around Euro-Mediterranean and Moroccan-Spanish relations.
