: Dr. Assia Naja is a Professor at the School of Aerospace and Automotive Engineering at the International University of Rabat, Morocco. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the École Nationale Supérieure d'Informatique et d'Analyse des Systèmes (ENSIAS), Rabat. She earned her Engineering Diploma in Networks and Telecommunications from the National School of Applied Sciences of Tangier (ENSAT), Morocco.
Dr. Naja’s research focuses on wireless networking and communications, wireless sensor networks, mobile computing, and intelligent transportation systems (ITS), with a particular interest in integrating emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and smart mobility solutions. Her work addresses challenges related to network optimization, performance evaluation, and the design of intelligent, reliable, and energy-efficient systems for connected environments. She has authored and co-authored numerous publications in peer-reviewed international journals and conference proceedings, while also actively supervising undergraduate and graduate students and contributing to curriculum development in engineering and computer science programs.
