Bassma Guermah : Professeur Chercheur à l'UIR, et membre du TICLab. Elle a eu son diplôme d’ingénieur d’état en génie logiciel de L’Institut National de Statistiques et d’Economie Appliquée (INSEA). Elle a obtenu son doctorat en Informatique et Télécommunications de L'Institut National des Postes et Télécommunications (INPT) en 2018. Ses activités de recherche s'articulent autour du Machine Learning et deep learning (intelligence artificielle), les graphes de connaissances, le traitement de signal, le traitement d'image, le web sémantique et les systèmes sensibles au contexte.. Elle a travaillé en tant que consultante IT pour la réalisation des solutions informatiques depuis la phase de la conception fonctionnelle et technique, jusqu’à la mise en place de système
