Mohamed BOULMALF , a university professor at UIR, is the Dean of the School of Computer Science and Digital Technology at the College of Engineering and Architecture and a member of TIClab. He earned his engineering degree from the National Institute of Posts and Telecommunications (INPT) in 1987. He then joined the National Institute of Scientific Research in Montreal, Canada, where he obtained his master's and doctoral degrees in wireless communications in 1994 and 2001, respectively. He has held several senior positions at international universities such as the United Arab Emirates University in Abu Dhabi, Al Akhawayn University (Morocco), and the Canadian University of Dubai. He is the author/co-author of over a hundred articles in peer-reviewed journals and conferences in the fields of wireless communications and networks, wireless sensor networks, mobile computing, RFID technologies, and network security. He is a member of the IEEE Communication Society and serves on the technical program committee for several international IEEE conferences such as GLOBECOM, ISCC, ICC, WCNC, and IIT.
