Ouassim KARRAKCHOU , obtained his Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) in Lyon, France, in 2014, and his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Ottawa, Canada, in 2022. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the International University of Rabat in Morocco, where he also serves as the Deputy Director of the TICLab and the program coordinator for Cloud Computing & Virtualization. From 2014 to 2017, he worked as a Technical Consultant at a leading financial software publisher in France. His research interests include low-resource AI, AI applied to healthcare, Internet of Things, cloud computing, and AI networks. He is a member of the IEEE.
