
Ph.D student at the University of Moulay Ismail (UMI) and the International University of Rabat (UIR)
Abdelhak Kharbouch is a Ph.D student at the University of Moulay Ismail (UMI) and the International University of Rabat (UIR) (Morocco). He holds an advanced M.Sc degree in Computer Networks and Embedded Systems. He worked on SELFSERV project at UAntwerp financed by VLIR-UOS south initiative 2016-2018 where he developed with other team members a platform for diabetes telecare services. He is interested in Big Data technologies and Internet of Things for Energy Efficiency in Buildings. He is actually working on integrating various approches and techniques (i.e., the integration of Renewable energies and smart control of active equipment) for enhancing occupants' comfort and minimizing energy consumption.
