September to mid-December: information, documentation, reflection

Mid-December: choice of the type of partners (deadline)

Semester 2: choice of destinations and assignment

February: Study abroad Fair

End of February: requests (“vœux”) FOR UIR partner schools (deadline)

March-April: passport checks

Semester 3: Administrative formalities and registration

September: Appointment at the consulate for a long-term study visa application (deadline)

October: Submission of the application form to the partner university OR online registration at Sciences Po Grenoble

Last week of November: Submission of the visa application to the relevant consulate

Semester 4: semester of study abroad

January-February: Beginning of classes, submission of the certificate of arrival to UIR

June: Submission of grades to UIR
