Hajar CHOUIYAKH is an assistant professor in Aerospace Engineering school of the International University of Rabat. She holds a PhD degree from Abdelmalek Essaadi University where she worked on vibration based techniques for cracks detection in structural elements. Dr Chouiyakh’s primary area of expertise is structural health monitoring, non destructive testing, computational mechanics and mechanical vibrations. She is currently working on ultrasonic based techniques for real time crack detection in aircraft structures. Her other areas of interests are : mechanical engineering design, solid mechanics and design methodology.
