The research activities of the Engineering & Architecture (E&A) college, strongly supported at the national level, cover several major disciplinary fields including renewable energies, information and communication technologies, aeronautical and automotive engineering.
The E&A college aims to carry out research of excellence, contribute to the creation of critical mass within the framework of national and international partnerships, respond to major societal challenges, and contribute to the building of the knowledge society and of technology.
For this, the E&A college:
- Develops academic research recognized by scientific publications in the best journals.
- Participates in national and international calls for projects, particularly in innovative technologies.
- Positions research activities to meet the requirements of the local and regional environment.
- Develops strong and lasting academic and industrial partnerships
- Creates certified international research laboratories (LIA).
- Organizes and rationalizes human and material resources.
- Files patents and transfers knowledge and know-how to the socio-economic world.
- Capitalizes on technology transfer.
