PHILOSOPHY
Our philosophy is to constantly ensure the co-creation and updating of our diploma, certification, or tailor-made training programs. This is achieved within the Educational Governance Committee of Continuing Education of the College of Engineering and Architecture.
A dedicated committee is chaired by the Dean of the College of Engineering and Architecture and is composed of upcoming professors, renowned experts from the professional world, as well as representatives of professional groups.
APPROACH
Our approach to designing our programs is primarily based on:
- Organizing focus groups in the form of design thinking workshops, promoting collective intelligence.
- Defining the need for the most sought-after skills on the job market.
- Designing training engineering, and co-creating adult education programs
- Improving the employability of our participants and graduates, or even allowing them to be reprofiled.
