Soufiene BETTAIB holds a Master's and a Ph.D. in Fluid Mechanics and Heat and Mass Transfer from the Faculty of Sciences of Tunis (FST), in collaboration with the Center for Energy and Thermal Sciences in Lyon (CETHIL-France) and IAC-CNR-Rome-Italy. Since 2019, he has been serving as a Teacher-Researcher in Fluid Mechanics and thermal and fluid modeling at the School of Energy Engineering (ECINE) of the International University of Rabat (UIR).
Professor Bettaibi has published numerous high-quality scientific contributions in prestigious journals. His involvement and contributions have enriched various national and international conferences and workshops. He has held and continues to hold the role of principal (co-)researcher in research and development projects focusing on nanofluids, heat and mass transfer, fluid mechanics, and thermal modeling. Currently, he supervises four doctoral theses.
As an evaluator, Professor Bettaibi brings his expertise to many international journals specializing in heat and mass transfer, nanofluids, fluid mechanics, and applied mechanics.
In addition to his academic responsibilities, Soufiene BETTAIB plays an active role within ECINE as a member of the Q&A-ABET committee and coordinator of the CTI accreditation.
