Studying abroad is a life-changing experience, and UIR’s International Relations Office is committed to offer students the opportunity to embark on an exchange semester at least once during their academic cycle.

How to Apply?

If you're considering taking part in an exchange program, it is recommended to start planning your exchange early during your first semester at UIR. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to apply:
  1. Attend one of the information sessions organized by the International Relations Office.
  2. Explore the list of mobility opportunities per college and review the host universities' course offerings. Make sure that the destination you choose is relevant to your field of studies at UIR and consult your academic advisor for guidance.
  3. Complete the online form sent to you by your School within the deadline.
  4. If your application is retained, the International Relations Office will inform you about the selected destination and will send your official nomination to the host university.
  5. Regularly check your emails: the host university will send you an email with the application procedure and other important instructions.
  6. Send your application to the host university. Gather all the required documents and make sure that you meet the language proficiency requirements of the host university.
