STAFF MOBILITY

The ERASMUS+ Staff Mobility Program provides UIR’s academic and administrative staff with a unique platform to expand their horizons and nurture their professional growth. By participating in international mobility, staff members gain exposure to diverse educational systems, methodologies, and cultural perspectives, which ultimately enriches their teaching, research, and administrative practices. The International Relations Department at our university is dedicated to spreading awareness about this valuable opportunity and actively supports staff members in accessing ERASMUS+ mobility programs.

All participants in the program will have to submit a final report after the completion of their mobility.
