Open and Shared Hybrid Learning in Moroccan Universities
Within the framework of the MarMOOC project, the teams of the International University of Rabat were present at the University of Vigo, a partner of the project, from 25 to 27 September 2019. The MarMOOC project brings together 14 Moroccan and European academic partners, and aims to build capacity in higher education by setting up a shared and federative platform of SPOC and MOOC courses. Stakeholders in this project will strive to draw on successful experiences and capitalize on good practices that will allow them to benefit from online course delivery platforms as they are successfully conducted at the national and international level in Europe.
