Residential Offering

Two minutes away from the educational buildings, the UIR residential complex is a real place for exchanges, sharing and encounters. All the necessary prerequisites for the student's personal and student fulfilment are met. The university residence halls at UIR provide a modern housing offering that meets all current standards. The university residence halls at UIR have double and single room options with free Wi-Fi, study and relaxation lounges, 24-hour security service, etc.
The university residence halls at UIR are not co-ed: Some residence halls are reserved for female students and others for male students.

Green spaces have also been set up around the university residence halls to provide all the conditions for the well-being of students. It is essential to respect these areas and to ensure that everyone can rest and work in the best conditions. The access times to the university campus are from 6am to midnight and the visiting times from 8am to 8pm..

RESERVATION OF YOUR ROOM

Les  Students enrolled at UIR can submit an application for on-campus housing via the following reservation platform (from the beginning :  -  of the 2019/2020 academic year):

LStudents are required to enter all the necessary information for the reservation. The various documents requested will be directly printed from the system.

On-campus housing rates, in effect for the 2019-2020 academic year are defined as follows: 

Housing fees can be paid by bank transfer to the address below or directly to our Foncière UIR accounting department (opening hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm).

• Once your transfer has been made, you must scan the proof of payment and indicate your first and last name and send it to us by email to sur  meryem.ouzakri@uir.ac.ma

All the requests related to the UIR Residence Hall are grouped within the application (University Campus Management System), which allows you to: (University Campus Management System), qui vous permet de :

• Choose and reserve your room according to availability,
• Request a room change and/or cancellation of your reservation,
• Register a notice of departure and a request for a refund of the deposit.
