"One of the trademarks of the International University of Rabat is the wide range of programs it offers, which are in line with the multi-sector strategies driven by the Kingdom of Morocco."
Mr. Noureddine MOUADDIB
President of the International University of Rabat
For almost ten years, talented and passionate people have been working with commitment and determination to develop what has become the International University of Rabat: an international institution of higher education and research that reflects the ambitions of Moroccan and African youth. We are delighted to be able to count on an unprecedented mobilization of the Moroccan academic diaspora. Our foreign academic partners and Morocco's driving forces are actively committed to working alongside UIR to meet tomorrow's challenge: to help train the skills that will contribute to the development of Morocco and Africa.
Our University offers an innovative model for Moroccan higher education. Established in partnership with the Moroccan government, its governance is modelled on private university management, while putting educational rigour at the core of its mission.
Nowadays, in a world undergoing major economical, political and social mutations, education remains a key social issue. As such, UIR intends to support these transformations by upholding the values of solidarity, equity and equality.
Since its launch in 2010-2011, our University has placed these values at the very core of its activities, by awarding scholarships to the most deserving students who have limited financial resources.
Today, one of the hallmarks of the International University of Rabat is the diversity of its training offer, in line with Morocco's various sector-based strategies, which enables each student to build his/her academic career according to his/her skills, aspirations and aptitudes, but also according to the requirements of the market.
The International University of Rabat's curriculum is also characterized by the depth of its strategic international partnerships with major universities, which allow UIR students to earn a double degree according to their chosen course of study.
