Claims Management: Policies and Procedures
Students are at the heart of our priorities. There are two possible scenarios:
- For any claim pertaining to the University Campus, a platform (the same as that for reservations) is set up to receive all their complaints related to hot water, Wi-Fi, deposit refund,.. etc. Through this platform, Students can follow the various stages of their claim until their issue is resolved.
- Students can also send an email from their UIR mailbox to reclamations@uir.ac.ma. It is managed by the Student Life Officer who follows up on the claim until the issue is resolved.

Claims management is an important element in the continuous improvement of the quality of student-related services.
It is in this spirit that this policy has been developed. The implementation of a claims management system aims to ensure that claims submitted by our students are handled and to reduce the number of malfunctions.
