The 14th France-Morocco High Level Meeting was held on 19 and 20 December 2019 in Paris and saw the attendance of a delegation of Moroccan Universities, led by the Head of Government, Mr. Saaddedine El Othmani, and UIR was a member of the delegation. A letter of intent was signed by Mr. Said Amzazi, (Minister of National Education, Vocational Training, Higher Education and Scientific Research), and by Mrs. Frédérique Vidal (French Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation).
The purpose of this letter of intent is to support the establishment of innovative partnerships between French and Moroccan higher education institutions in the fields of higher education, scientific research and innovation. In addition, 6 partnership agreements have been signed between French and Moroccan educational institutions, represented by Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdelah University (Fez), Hassan I University (Settat) and the International University of Rabat.
