PARTICIPATION IN THE 4th EDITION OF THE VOICE OF ORLEANS

Invited to the 4^th edition of the “Voice of Orléans, Meeting of the Francophonie (Voix d'Orléans, Rencontre de la francophonie)”, Prof. Sara Mejdoubi, from the Languages, Cultures and Civilizations Department, took part in this lively meeting under the theme "Informing at all costs". This 4th edition was an opportunity to decipher the world of information and that of the media. Through exchanges, dialogues and debates, the guests and the audience tried to answer a pivotal question: "Does Today's world of information enlighten people's minds or does it guide them?"

Les Voix d'Orléans is an event born out of the desire to resume the struggle of ideas after the terrorist attacks of 2015. Intellectuals and artists from the French-speaking world are invited to discuss, with the public, the major issues facing our societies, using the spirit of the Enlightenment to combat obscurantism and fanaticism.
