Publication of Ms. Miya Slamti's study

The work of Ms. Miya Slamti, professor at the School of Law and researcher at the Center for Global Studies, is a study that is both comparative and analytical of the regulation of the Moroccan capital market.

Indeed, the key regulatory bodies of the Moroccan, French and American capital market, namely the AMMC (the Moroccan Capital Market Authority), the AMF (the Financial Markets Authority) and the SEC (the Securities and Exchange Commission) are the focus of this study.

A study which proposes to present the system of financial regulation, to analyze the participation in the regulation of other financial actors, national and supranational, in their direct relations with these independent authorities and to assess the degree of effectiveness of this financial regulation by focusing on the Moroccan model.
