A first year marked by success
Open to the general public since the end of November 2018, the University Dental Clinic(CUMD) has been highly sought-after since its launch, where nearly 1,353 patients have placed their trust in UIR dentists for their dental care. Thanks to innovative equipment and supervision by highly qualified practitioners, 2,911 procedures covering 7 CUMD specialties have been performed by our UIR students during the 2018-2019 academic year.
Also, and within the framework of UIR's commitment to University Social Responsibility (USR), the University Dental Clinic, working in collaboration with associations in the Salé and Salé El Jadida region, has provided free dental care to nearly 280 children from welfare institutions (20% of patients treated).
