The International University of Rabat prioritizes access to quality education and offers partial or full scholarships to outstanding students who are unable to afford tuition fees.

A scholarship provides either a partial reduction or a full exemption from tuition fees and, in some cases, accommodation costs. It is intended for students from disadvantaged or modest backgrounds. This financial aid policy is a long-term commitment by UIR, following the guidelines outlined in the  « Scholarship Award Regulations ».

The scholarship application file includes an online scholarship form to be completed, along with the required supporting documents. Applications must be submitted online via  " bourse.uir.ac.ma " using the applicant’s UIR email address and password. This application will allow us to assess your current financial and family situation.

To ensure a fair evaluation, it is essential to provide all requested documents. We guarantee the confidentiality of all information submitted to the scholarship committee.

ESSP Scholarship – 50% Tuition Coverage

As part of its commitment to training medical professionals, the École Supérieure des Sciences Paramédicales (ESSP) at the International University of Rabat is offering a financial aid program for the 2024-2025 academic year for students enrolled in the following programs:

This scholarship covers 50% of tuition fees, funded by the International University Hospital of Rabat (H UIR) currently under construction. In return, recipients must commit to working at the hospital for a minimum of four years after graduation. sous réserve d’un engagement du candidat(e) à travailler au sein

The scholarship is granted for a period of three years   but will be suspended in case of academic failure. Additionally, if a recipient is expelled, they will be required to reimburse the full amount of tuition covered by H UIR.

Scholarship Application Procedure

  • Students enrolled in any UIR program and possessing a UIR email address, provided by the digital services during registration, can submit their scholarship applications online via the bourse.uir.ac.ma .
  • The scholarship application file includes the online scholarship form, as well as other required documents (see the list of documents in the Scholarship Guide).
  • The scholarship applicant must meet the submission deadline.
  • Once the online scholarship request is submitted, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to the applicant, including their application number.
  • The applicant can track the status of their application directly on the platform ( bourse.uir.ac.ma ) and may be asked to complete their application if needed.
  • The scholarship decision (whether granted or declined) will be sent by email to the applicant.
  • Applicants who receive a positive response must provide the originals or certified copies of the documents and submit them to the scholarship office within a specified timeframe.

Important

  • Only scholarship applications submitted online will be processed by our services. Incomplete applications or those submitted after the deadline will be automatically rejected.
  • Students who have already received a scholarship and are appealing, cannot re-submit their applications online.
  • The scholarship granted by UIR is not renewed in the event of academic failure (repetition of the year).
  • The scholarship granted by UIR only covers tuition fees at UIR (either partially or fully). It does not cover tuition fees due at UIR's academic partners, for example, in cases of dual degree programs.
  • No reimbursement of registration fees will be made in the event of withdrawal if a partial or full scholarship has been granted.
